Mike was part of the machining team I was honored to lead during my time at Mercury Marine. He was always ready to help however he could, always supportive of his team mates, ready to show tips/tricks and ways to do things smarter rather than harder. Quick to laugh, honest and always caring with his words while assuring he got his point across. When I left Mercury, Mike was generous enough to give me some great tickets to a Brewer game that he had been looking forward to. I didn't want to take them, but he insisted with "you, your wife, and your daughter go on ahead and have a good time from the Moore family". That's just the type of guy Mike was, a quality person through and through. Rest easy Marine, your worldly work has been completed. See you on the other side sir. Prayers for his family, and all those he touched. You will be missed.
