Michael Leo ""Mick"" Naumcheff

Michael "Mick" Leo Naumcheff passed away peacefully on September 2, 2018. He was born on October 24th, 1952 in Pasadena, California, the fourth of five children, to Lazar S. and Leona M. Naumcheff.

Mick was greatly loved by so many. He is survived by two children- Lauren (Chris) Fogo and Franklin (Jessica) Naumcheff; two grandchildren- Mason and Ryla; three siblings- Theodora (James) Duling, Larry (Treaka) Naumcheff, and Daniel (Kathy) Naumcheff; several nieces and nephews- Danielle, Justin, Anthony, Theresa, Nicole, and Max. Mick is also survived by two former wives- Deborah (mother of Lauren and Frank), and Margaret; as well as his high school sweetheart, Diane. All have stayed close family friends over the years. As Mick's late mother, Lee, used to say, "The circle of love widens".

Mick was raised in Alhambra, California and was a 1971 graduate of El Dorado high school in Placentia, California. He always enjoyed the mountains, especially the Sierra Nevada Mountains where he called home for the majority of his life. Taking many family trips to Yosemite growing up, he used to say that he, "never went a year without stepping foot in the park". He was an avid outdoorsman; riding dirt bikes, fishing, and water skiing at Millerton Lake with his family and friends.

Mick was fun loving and carefree. He loved rock music as well as the blues and he had it playing at all times. He enjoyed working on cars, loved animals, and had a unique sense of humor! He relished in his trips to Las Vegas, often with his late mother, going to see The Blue Man Group, Cirque de Sole, and many concerts. Above all, he cherished his family and friends. It was very important to him that everyone around him was having a good time and living life to the fullest. He will be deeply missed by all.
