Michael Neubauer Obituary
A Celebration of Life will be held on January 17 at Liberty Church, 1285 Cobb Parkway N. Marietta GA 30062, family reception at 12:30 pm and 1:00 service. A memorial service with military honors will be held at a later date in Ohio.
Michael is survived by his wife, Laura Neubauer, Thomas (father, deceased) Lucy Neubauer (mother), Theresa (sister) and husband, Mark Sutton, niece Julie Sutton. Robert (brother) and wife, Lisa, Ryan (nephew), Allison (niece) and husband, Lucas Chadrue. Thomas Caruso (brother-in-law) and wife, Lori, nieces Nicole and Jessica, Matthew Caruso (brother-in-law) and wife, Connie, nieces Isabelle, Emily, Alissa, Sophia and nephews Anthony and Matthew and Debra Caruso (sister-in-law).
He graduated from Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics and was a United States Navy Veteran. An avid fisherman and expert smoker of meats, he loved the New York Yankees and The Ohio State Buckeyes. He especially loved his dogs – Apollo and Demo, as well as good food, good wine, fishing with the guys and pranking his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Michael’s name to the Wounded Warrior Project or the German Shepherd Dog Rescue of Georgia.
