Michael Nolan Obituary
He also leaves behind his two cherished children, Sarah R. Nolan and William D. Nolan, both of Mystic; his brother David Nolan of Stonington; his niece, Bree, and nephew, Jake. Mike is also survived by his former wife Jill C. Nolan of Mystic.
Michael was the superintendent of Stonington Cemetery for many years. He was a longtime member of the Portuguese Holy Ghost Society in Stonington.
He was an avid sports fan, especially for the Minnesota Vikings and the Boston Red Sox. Mike also enjoyed bringing his daughter Sarah to concerts at local venues.

I met Mike and Sarah at a concert back in 2022 and saw them at concerts since and stayed friends with Sarah, that day was a memory i´d never forget. Thank you Mike, you were awesome.

I met Mike at the Mystic Community Center in the early 80´s and from there our friendship was born. From the early days running around downtown Mystic...to the crazy days at the Holy Ghost...to the countless adventures after that...many of those were some of the best days of my life...and filled with some of the best laughs as well. I will miss you "Mikey Riv"...but the memories with you will surely live on with me forever.
