He graduated from Webster High School in Upstate NY, attended Millbrook Academy for his PG year and went on to Radford University where he played Division 1 lacrosse and received his Bachelor's degree from the College of Business and Economics. Michael brought joy and laughter to all those who knew him. He was the most amazing father to Emma, loving son, loving fiance and soulmate to Diane DiCarlo and cherished brother whose memory will be etched in the hearts of his family and friends.

He was a wonderful son to David and Suzanne Norton, and a protective brother to Jennifer Pace and her husband Andy Pace, Timothy Norton and his wife Mia T. Norton and Jill Norton. His spirited presence brought comfort and positivity to everyone he met. He will be dearly missed by his nephews, Jameson Norton and Luke Pace, and his niece, Cate Pace. Michael will be remembered for his enduring kindness, infectious smile, big beautiful blue eyes and the way he brought people together. He loved coaching Emma's lacrosse and soccer teams. He had a passion for life that inspired others, and he faced challenges with a remarkable resilience that left a lasting impact on those around him. His legacy of love, laughter, and courage will continue to resonate in the countless lives he touched. Michael loved cooking on the grill while enjoying a good glass of wine. He had a passion for adventure, boating, hockey, and lacrosse, and most of all, cherished time spent with family and friends. Michael was employed by BeOne Medicines where he was deeply respected, admired, and loved by colleagues-both there and throughout his career in the pharmaceutical industry.
