Oberbeck, Michael Anthony
74, Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, on Tuesday December 5, 2023. Son of the late Howard and Marcella; loving husband of Catherine (nee Guzman); awesome dad of Timothy (Amy), Niki (Brian) Rickman, Greg (Louise), and Jeremy (Erin); beloved "Papa" of Riley, Ethan, Anthony, Alex, Henry, Pearl, Maverick, and MaKenzie; dearest brother, uncle, cousin, and friend.
Mike served in the U.S. Navy, 1968-1972. Before retirement, he worked at St. Louis Lithographing as their Maintenance Supervisor for 32 years.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are appreciated to Disabled American Veterans (DAV) and Parkinson's Foundation.
Services: Visitation Tuesday, December 12, 2023, from 4-8 p.m. at John L. Ziegenhein & Sons South County Chapel, 4830 Lemay Ferry Rd., St. Louis, MO 63129. Funeral Mass the following morning, Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at 10 a.m. at St. Mark Catholic Church. 11:30 a.m. interment in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery following service.
