He is Survived by his wife Phyllis Marie Parks, daughters, Latisha Vander Pluym (Tim), Katrina Hayes (Evan), Rachel Parks (Blake). Grandson Tryce Gunn. His Parents Robert Edward and Phyllis Fay Parks, and his brothers Robert Douglas Parks, and Brendan Todd Parks (Shawna). Also, many nieces, nephews, and friends
