Michael Powell Obituary
Mike never knew a stranger. He always looked for the good in people. Mike was an avid guitarist. He had his guitar with him wherever he went.
Mike was in the construction business. He spent most of his life constructing houses with his dad and brothers; John, Steven and Roger. Later he went into HVAC work.
Mike was a family man through and through. You could always rely on him for a safe place to rest your head or a shoulder to cry on. You could always count on Mike to have your back.
Mike is preceded in death by his mother Donna Ruth (Hamill) Powell; father John Allen Powell; a son, William "Thomas" Powell; and his brothers, Steven Allen Powell and roger Lee Powell.
Mike is survived by a brother, John Powell; a sister, Sherice Powell; three daughters, Alesa Powell, Michelle Powell, Janie Willard; a son, Michael Powell; along with 14 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The family takes comfort in knowing that he was surrounded by love, laughter and happiness when the Lord called him home.
We miss and love you, Mike.
