Michael Pride Obituary
He was born on November 6, 1962, in Madison County to the late Alvie Pride and Ophelia Pride. Michael was a member of Oakfield Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Patrick Pride and Brian Pride and two sisters, Teresa Long and Doris Roy.
Michael is survived by his loving wife, of thirty-four years, Susan Pride of Jackson; two sons, Jacob Pride (Gabrielle) of Jackson and Joshua Pride of Three Way; two daughters, Holly Harden of Jackson and Angel Burns of Jackson; and one sister, Patricia Stanford of Jackson. Other survivors include seven grandchildren, Remington Pride, Finnley Pride, Oakley Ross, Arabella Pride, Jupiter Pride, Dylan Harrison and Mason Burns; honorary grandchildren, Zane Kelley and Arabella Kelley; niece, Sandy Goodwin; brother-in-law, Mike Long; and his four legged fur baby, Lucy.
A celebration of life will be held at 9:00 A.M., Saturday, December 6, 2025 at Oakfield Baptist Church with Bro. Mickey Jackson officitating.
