I talked with Mike several times during our 50th high school reunion in August. He never mentioned he was battling cancer. He will be truly missed by the Columbia High School class of '69.

Mike was a special person. Very talented musician and lived by all who knew him. He attended his 50th high school reunion in August where he treated us to his music on the mandolin. He was compassionate and kind andva friend to all. He will be deeply missed by his wife, Jeanne, his two daughters and many friends.
