Michael Rosales Obituary

Michael "Mike" Rosales

Surrounded by

his loving family, Michael "Mike" Rosales peacefully passed away on August 12, 2023, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and incredible

memories.  Mike

was preceded in death by his two brothers, Stan

"Leroy" and Daniel.  He is survived by his two loving sisters, Elizabeth "Sandy" Rosales and Sylvia Lovato.

In January of 1974, Mike joined hands in marriage with his beloved wife, Berlinda, creating a bond that only grew stronger with time.  Mike was also a very proud father of two beautiful daughters, Michelle and Daveena, and one son, Michael.  He also found joy and humor in his role as a father-in-law to Anthony, Brian, and Erica.  The family grew over time to include eight grandchildren, each very important to him: Ashley, Anthony Jr.

"Peanut", Orlando, Jayci, Landon, Ella, Edith, and Eliza. He is also preceded in death by one of his granddaughters, Andrea, who will now have a loving grandfather to

look over her.

He will be deeply missed by his family and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.  Although we have to say goodbye to an awesome husband, father, grandfather, and friend, we will celebrate a life well-lived.  A memorial service will be held to celebrate his life on Thursday, August 24, 2023 at 11:00am at Calvary Church located at 4001 Osuna Rd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109. Friends and family are invited to come share memories and honor the life of a great, generous man.

I knew Mike back in the 80´s when we both worked for our Dad´s machine shops. We did some sheet metal work for High Tech and he and I got along very well. I also knew Liz at that time, who was also very nice.
I just heard about Mike´s death and am so very sorry. Rest in peace,my old friend! Prayers to his family.

George and laura Salazar, he was in our unit 06, at Social Security, for many years, before he was transferred to unit 07, next door, along with Sara, Joli, Terese and Alice. He would bring his lunch every day and sometimes, his fellow workers, would steal his lunch, from the refrigerator. He was called "the nibber", because he was always eating something. He always wore shorts to work and had "Popeye legs". He had an infectious laugh and everybody loved him. He will be, very much missed. He was one of a kind, type person. Our deepest condolences, Berlinda and family.

Mike was our neighbor here in the north valley for a number of years. I knew him as a great neighbor and a car nut. I like Mike, he was a great guy. Gordon
