Michael Andreas Ross

Michael Andreas Ross, 64, of Booneville, Arkansas passed away peacefully in his sleep at his home in Ione, Arkansas on Wednesday, November 26, 2025. He was born December 16, 1960, in Werneck, Germany, to the late Carol and Charlene Ross.

He was raised in Magazine, Arkansas and graduated from Magazine High School in 1979, where he excelled in basketball, earning all-district and all-state honors. He worked in the oil fields, both offshore and in California, as well as in the gas fields in Arkansas. Additionally, he served in the Arkansas Army National Guard and retired from Gerber.

He is preceded in death by his parents before mentioned; sister, Shirley Emberton; and granddaughter, Rhyleigh Terry.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.

Mike is survived by his daughters, Halleigh Crossland (J.W.) of Magazine, Arkansas and Jordan Ross (Bailey) of Greenwood, Arkansas; granddaughters and grandsons (joy of his life), Kennedy, Raeleigh, Easton, and Rhyatt Crossland and Elsie McCartney; nieces, Aileen and Carla; nephews, Alvie and Perry Emberton; aunt and uncle, Maxine and Scott Jones; uncle, Richard Hammond; aunt, Shirley Turner; several cousins; and many friends.

Per Mike's request, there will be no service. His legacy will be reflected in the lives of his daughters and grandchildren.
