Michael J.
Michael J. Ruffa, 65, of Plum, unexpectedly passed away on December 13, 2023.
Born on June 17, 1958, in Pittsburgh to the late August and Eda Ruffa. Michael leaves behind a legacy of laughter.
Michael is survived by his sister Michele (Frank) Gallippi; niece Mia Gallippi; and nephew Geno Gallippi. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, and cousins. For 35 years, he dedicated himself to the Plum Borough Public Works, forming lasting friendships along the way. Michael cherished many friendships from various walks of life.
Michael was known for his whimsical approach to life while finding great joy in boating at Crooked Creek, and vacationing with family in Myrtle Beach. He also cherished his beloved pet cats over the years.
There will be no formal funeral or memorial service. Instead, let's remember him for the laughter he shared and the joy he brought into our lives.
