Michael John Sabin

Michael John Sabin, age 64, of Chicago, Illinois, passed away peacefully on October 9, 2025. He was born on January 14, 1961, in Buffalo, New York, the first born son of Carol Goluch née Robacki.
Michael honorably served in the United States Army Infantry Division from 1984 to 1987. Michael was honorably discharged after serving and training in cold-weather operations while stationed in Anchorage, Alaska. Following his military service, he worked as a tradesman in the manufacturing industry, first as a skilled welder and later as an account manager for a Uniform Company for 18 years in Chicago. Michael grew up in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago and remained there as he loved the area. Even though he was from the northwest side of Chicago, Michael was a die-hard White Sox Fan.
Michael was predeceased by his beloved Grandparents Walter and Lilian Robacki and cherished nephew Nickolas Steven Psaras. Michael is survived by his mother, Carol Goluch, Raymond Bong. his sisters, Linda Psaras née Sabin and Susan Lorusso née Goluch; and brother, Steve (Crista) Goluch; and his cherished nieces and nephews: Andrew, Kaylee, Reagan, and Mariah Goluch, and Joseph, Daniel, and Cassandra Lorusso.
A Visitation to celebrate Michael's life will be held on Sunday, October 19, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Ryan-Parke Funeral Home, 120 South Northwest Highway, Park Ridge, Illinois. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, October 20, 2025, 10:00 a.m. at St. Paul of the Cross Catholic Church, 320 South Washington Avenue, (across the street from the funeral home), Park Ridge, Illinois.
Those that can join the family will meet, 12:45 p.m., at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, 20953 W Hoff Road, Elwood, IL 60421
