Mikey was an awesome cruise buddy and great partner in golf when he was in Madison. He always had a 6th sense when others were frustrated, etc to say the right things and make you feel better. He is sorely missed and will never be forgotten. Condolences to his other close friends and loved ones.

We are very sad to hear about Mikey. I am the parent of Brett Szymanski, Mikey's best friend and college room mate. We've known Mikey since his first year at the University of Wisconsin and we have been on a few Caribbean cruises with him and his friends. Most recently we were on the NCL Encore this past January 2023 and some of the pictures are from that cruise. We all had a wonderful time! Mikey was such a pleasant, generous man and fun to be with. We greatly miss him. Our deepest condolences go to his entire family and friends.

To Michael family:
Words can´t express how sad I was when my work sent out a letter that he passed away.
I have known him since he worked at Friendship Village.
He was a great person to work with and to know through the years. He was a very kind and friendly person who worked so hard and was great with everyone and the Residents.
He had a wonderful work ethic and all the Residents and his Co workers loved working with him.
He will be missed by everyone and will always be remembered .
May you find great memories of Michael and hold them dear in the days ahead and forever.
When you see a Cardinal always know he is near watching over everyone and his gentle ways and spirit will be around.
