With our Sincere Condolences. Mike was not only our Gardner, but our friend too for over 10 plus years. My Husband John followed him home one day on McHenry because he seen the sign on his red truck, "Mikes Lawn Care". My husband had an instinct to hire him on the spot. The two guys became friends quickly. Every since then Mike not only cared for our yards, but he was such a kind hearted person and became our family friend. He always had a joke to share, (so many jokes he made us laugh), he told us he would pray for us if we were sick, and he talked about his loving family and his dog Elvis. He also arrived with a treat for our dog he kept tucked in his front pocket. My grandson Henry always like to say hello to Mike at the door. When he saw his red truck pull up in front of our house he would say "Mike is here!!" Henry wanted to shake his hand. We grieve as Mike has moved on to greener pastures where he will never have to mow another yard again, or feel any pain. But you ought to know he was truly loved and will be forever missed. Rest in Peace our good and faithful friend, until we meet again may you dance with Jesus.
Renee, John, Henry
