Michael Wayne Simpers

Michael Wayne Simpers, age 62 of Elkton, MD passed away on January 22, 2019. He was born on March 26, 1956 to Robert Wayne Simpers and Sarah Elizabeth (Fears) Simpers. Mike worked as an electrician and later changed his career path and became a Real Estate Agent where he worked for Long and Foster Real Estate Company. Mike and his wife, Pam loved to travel to warmer climates. He loved being near the water and enjoyed boating, snorkeling, and scuba diving with Pam. Mike is survived by his wife of 38 years, Pamela Simpers of Elkton, MD; mother, Sarah (Fears) Simpers of North East. MD; father, Robert Simpers of North East, MD; brother, Robert Simpers and his wife, Kareen of Granville, NY; sisters: Susan Riggs of North East, MD and Sally LaFontaine and her husband, Gary of Elkton, MD. He is preceded in death by his sister, Sheree Jean Simpers. A celebration of Mike's life will be held at a later date. Please check the funeral home's website for any updates.
