Cumberland, MD – Michael "Mike" Joseph Spano, 52, of Cumberland, MD, passed away Thursday, February 26, 2026, at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital.

Born August 11, 1973, in Cumberland, MD to the late Arthur Spano and Frances (Crawford) Spano. Mike was also preceded in death by his sister: Stephanie Spano.

Mike was a graduate of Bishop Walsh High School Class of 1991. He was a former employee of TWR and currently worked at Webstaurant. He spent a lot of his time at Queen City Armory and loved collecting stamps, watching YouTube, shooting guns and playing games on his computer.

Mike is survived by the mother of his children: Lucynda Spano; his children: Rebekka Spano (Nicholas Yokopovich); Rachel Southers (Aaron); Dylan Spano (Jessica); Jonah Spano (Janae); Chandler Spano; Lydia Spano and Phoebe Spano; and his grandchildren: Isla, Stella, Saige, Solomon, and Silas. He is also survived by his siblings: Nicholas Spano (Bonnie); Cynthia Spano; Sheila Morgan; Penelope Spano; Constantina Spano and Sue Cook; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur Street, Cumberland, MD, (www.AdamsFamilyFuneralHome.com) on Thursday, March 5, 2026, from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.
