Michael Stanziano Obituary
Born on October 25, 1951 in Jersey City, NJ he was the son of Gabriel and Irene (Mairowicz) Stanziano.
He was married to Barbara M. Coleman on May 25, 1985 by Mayor Gerald Mccann.
Michael worked for many years as a taxi cab driver in New Jersey, where he met his wife, Barbara. After relocating to the North Country, he worked at Kmart in Malone as a stock clerk for many years until the store closed. He enlisted in the United States Army in Jan. 1971 and was honorably discharged in Jan. 1973. Michael loved to hunt and fish and was an avid Giants football fan. He loved to read, anything and everything and enjoyed to listen to 60s rock music.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Barbara; a daughter Michelle; siblings, Valerie Wilson, Stephen and his wife, Doreen, Alan and his partner, Jacky and Darren; a sister-in-law, Debra; as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents and a brother, John.
A graveside service will be held at the Brainardsville Cemetery on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 10 a.m.
