My sincere sympathies to Karen and their families. I heard so much about this special guy in Karen's life and they certainly were soul partners. I felt as if I'd been friends with Mike for years during our meeting in Gulf Shores during a vacation. May all your special memories be with you for all of your days.

Mike was a wonderfully smart, talented and humorous man. I enjoyed working for him, and alongside him at MEA. He always took the time to let you know you were appreciated and respected. His dedication to his causes were unmatched. I will always cherish the laughs we had and his teasing, all in good fun. When Karan entered his life, his life was complete. She complemented him in so many ways. I will truly miss him and his joyful smile. My prayers are with you all as you celebrate a wonderful life.

He was my favorite teacher. I never had to take notes in his class because everything he taught sunk in immediately. He was extremely passionate in his teaching and I will never forget him. God Bless his family in this sad time
