Michael Stodola Obituary

Michael was born in Munster, IN to Joyce and Joseph V. Stodola III on October 22, 1965. With the will of our Lord, Michael passed away after a brief illness.
Michael is survived by his parents, siblings, Joe Stodola (Mary) of Barrington, IL, Rebecca Scherer (Jim) of Michigan City, IN and a loved niece, Ellie Stodola and nephew, Michael Stodola and a loving fiancée, Dawn Michaels.
Mike attended St. Thomas More School, played football for Munster High School and graduated in 1984. Mike graduated from Purdue University, Wes Lafayette and was a member of Theta Chi Fraternity. He was employed by Delta Airlines in Atlanta, GA. He ended his career working for Safran Seats in Gainsville, TX and four years in Touluse, France for the company.
He loved to bike and watch hockey and football. Mike was a friend to many and loved by all he met including his canine girls.
A visitation will be on Friday, May 19, 2023 at KISH FUNERAL HOME 10000 Calumet Ave., Munster, IN from 3:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place Saturday, May 20, 2023 at St. Thomas More Church 8501 Calumet Ave., Munster, IN at 10:00 a.m.
Donations may be made to a Charity of Your Choice in Michael's memory. Please omit flowers.
