Michael Strickland Obituary
Four Oaks, NC: Mr. Michael Edward Strickland, age 63, passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2022. A Memorial Service will be held 2:00PM-Saturday, November 12, 2022 at Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel in Benson, NC. Rev. Randy Beasley and Rev. Marvin Ownley will officiate.
Mr. Strickland was born on March 11, 1959 in Harnett County, NC to the late Edward E. and Peggy Parker Strickland. He was also preceded in death by his sisters, Gloria Tart, and Janet Lopez, brother-in-law, Larry Tart; and a niece, Amy Tart Hayes. Mr. Strickland retired from Chicopee in Benson, NC after working for 37 years.
He is survived by the love of his life, his wife of 31 years, Ann Parrish Strickland; step-children, Buffy Sanchez-Lopez, Jason Capps (Reba); step-grandchildren, Dustin Cornell (Aimee), Nicole Cornell (Kenny), Nick Capps, Xander Capps, and Johnathan Wood; two step-great-grandchildren, Chase Cornell and Brooklynn Crute; nephews, Jimmy Lee, Christopher Tart (Kim), niece, Tina Tart Snipes (Kenneth); great-niece, Caroline Snipes, two great-nephews, Jeremy and Jase Tart; several cousins, aunts, and uncles.
The family will receive friends following the Memorial Service on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson, NC.
Mikes Favorite Bible Verse was Psalm 18: 1-2, I will love thee, O Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock and my fortress, and my deliverer, my God, my strength in whom I will trust, my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.
Flowers are welcomed, and the family appreciates your thoughts and prayers.
