My absolute favorite memory of Michael happened at every office visit. He NEVER left without making sure he made me laugh, said thank you and never left out "I appreciate you, you make coming to the doctor so much easier." His positive spirit, smile and outlook on life is something I am SO grateful I got to witness for the past 6 years. I will miss him immensely. He was not just a patient, he was a friend.
