Michael James Wagg, 60, died at his home in Germantown TN on October 31, 2025. He was born on July 11, 1965 to Douglas Wagg, Sr and Shirley Cremeens Wagg, at Chanute Air Force base in Rantoul IL. He worked for PepsiCo in Springdale, AR for many years and retired this year from Lowe's as a delivery driver in Collierville TN. He leaves behind his three daughters, Amber Wagg of Corinth, NY, Marisa Wagg (Rich) of Middle Grove, NY, Savannah (Ty) of Fayetteville, AR, his mother Shirley Chamberlain of Germantown TN, his stepmother, Janice Wagg of Byhalia MS. Sisters Angel McIntrye (Scott) of Nashville Indiana, Melissa Leigh of Fishers Indiana, and Jessica Walls of Cordova TN. Step sisters Ellen Gherke (Matt) of Springfield GA, Emily Herring (Philip) of Olive Branch MS, and step brother Manning Shackelford (Sammie) of Byhalia MS. Grandchildren Logan, Railyn, Parker, Shyloh, and Wyatt. Plus several nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly. He was preceded in death by his father, Douglas Wagg Sr, his brother Douglas Wagg Jr., his stepfather Harold Chamberlain, and his grandparents.
Mike loved his family deeply and will be missed. Since he was a young boy, his favorite thing to do was fish and he was blessed with a great sense of humor. He loved animals and adored his cat Baby who he spoiled rotten.
Mike's wishes were to be cremated. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 12pm at The White House located at Waypoint Baptist Church, 5586 Stage Road, Bartlett TN. All who knew him are welcome to attend and share their favorite memories of Mike.
