Michael J. Walsh

Michael J. Walsh passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 24, 2026 surrounded by his loving family. He was the loving father of Jason (Kelli) Walsh, Brian Walsh and Lauren (Kyle) Riordan. Proud grandfather of Zoe, Jack and Rosie. Dear brother of the late John, Marty, Eileen, Maureen, Barbara and Coleen. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Michael was preceded in death by his parents John and Margaret Walsh. He will be lovingly remembered by Karen and Natalie. He was a longtime resident of the Chicago's Clearing community and had worked for the Chicago Tribune Company for over 40 years before his retirement last year. Visitation is Friday, January 30, 2026 from 9 AM until time of Prayers at 11 AM at Foran Funeral Home, 7300 W. Archer Av. (55th street just west of Harlem). We will go in procession from the funeral home to Two Holy Martyrs Parish, St. Symphorosa Church for an 11:30 AM Mass. Michael will be laid to rest at t Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
