Michael Paul Whitchurch, age 68, died in Grapevine, TX on Friday, May 9, 2025.
Born May 25, 1956, in Nashville, TN. Michael grew up in Irving, attending Farine Elementary, Travis Jr. High, and MacArthur High School. As an adult, he lived in Keller and Brock, TX. He worked as an IT professional at Electronic Data Systems, Perot Systems, and Fidelity Investments until retiring in 2017. Michael was a member of the Fellowship Church in Grapevine, TX. He enjoyed his family, friends, church fellowship, and his dog, Pumpkin. He also enjoyed fishing and sports.
Survivors include his sister, Keesa Summers of Irving, TX. Michael was preceded in death by his father, Gil Whitchurch; his mother, June Trout; and his brothers Gib and Evan.
Family and Friends are invited to attend his Service at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy., Dallas, TX 75211, on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at 11:00 AM. (You will need to be lined up by 10:45 AM. Lane # TBD.)
