Michael Whitlock, 73 of North Salem, Indiana, passed away peacefully in his home, March 12, 2025.
Mike is survived by his wife, Sharon Whitlock; his daughters, Michelle Foster, Brandie Vance, and Jana Hatfield; his son, Bill Candler; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and his brother, Benny Whitlock along with Benny's wife, Sara.
Mike retired from Allison Transmission after over thirty years of dedicated work. After retirement, he enjoyed riding his Harley and playing in his solo band, "One Man Band" all over Hendricks County. Mike was a true musician at heart. He loved to entertain and to talk to people. He knew no strangers and will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21, 2025, at Eric M.D. Bell Funeral Home, from 2 pm to 5 pm, with the service honoring Michael's life beginning at 5 pm.
All are encouraged to keep Michael's family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
