A funeral service for Michael Anthony Wolfe, age 65, of Fayetteville, TN, will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at Higgins Funeral Home, with Bro. Mike Keel officiating. Burial will follow at Higgins Cedar Hills Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will take place from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, May 19, 2025, at Higgins Funeral Home.

Born on June 20, 1959, to the late George Wolfe and Lois Lavada Boylen Wolfe, Mike was a dedicated and talented tradesman who spent more than three decades building a reputation for excellence through his business, Wolfe's Construction. Even after retiring from construction, his entrepreneurial spirit continued as he founded and operated Wolfman Rentals and Sales in Hazel Green, AL.

Mike was known not only for his work ethic and craftsmanship, but for the deep love he had for his family-especially his grandchildren, who knew him best as "Poppie." He treasured time spent outdoors hunting and fishing, but nothing brought him greater joy than being surrounded by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mike passed away on May 15, 2025, at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN.

He is survived by his sons, Joseph (Doushie) Wolfe and Anthony (Robin) Wolfe; grandchildren, Nathanael Wolfe, Brandon (Braiden) Quarles, Nicholas Feltman, Kimberly Wolfe (fiancé, Chance Phillips), Lukus Wolfe (fiancé, Reagan Stevenson), Elijah (Grace) Wolfe, Destiny Rose Wolfe, and Harper Marshall; great-grandchildren, Garreth Quarles, Winston Quarles, Savannah Grace Wolfe, and Raelynn Ann Phillips; brother, Gary Wayne (Margaret) Wolfe; great-niece, Adina (Jay) Atwood; great-great-niece, Elaina Breedlove; and great-great-nephew, Ethan Breedlove. In addition to his parents, Mike was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Lee Cox Wolfe; his son, George Wolfe; brother, Walter Wolfe; and sister, Barbara Gail Butler.
