Michael "Colton" Wolfe, age 38, passed away at his home the morning of Monday, December 29, 2025 leaving behind a legacy of deep faith, unwavering love, and fierce loyalty to those he held dear. Colton loved the Lord above all else, and that faith shaped the way he lived, loved, and served others throughout his life.
He was a devoted husband who cherished his wife and family. His greatest joy came from being with those he loved most, especially his beloved grandbabies who brought endless pride and happiness to his life.
A lifelong resident of Nashville, Colton graduated from Brentwood High School and continued his education at Middle Tennessee State University before attending electrical trade school. He later joined the family-owned business, Wolfe and Travis Electric Company.
From early childhood through high school, Colton was an avid sports player, developing a competitive spirit and a lifelong love for athletics. He was especially proud of his 2006 High School State and USA Rugby South Championships. As passionate as he was on the field, he was even more passionate as a fan. His grandparents began taking him weekly to watch the construction of what would become the Tennessee Titans football stadium, a tradition that would turn into a lifelong devotion. Together, they became some of the original PSL holders and proudly remain so to this day.
Though generally quiet by nature, Colton came alive on game day. He could always be found at home games, front row in the end zone behind the goalpost, slapping the wall and yelling at the top of his lungs on third down. Sports were not just entertainment for Colton-they were a language he spoke fluently. There wasn't a sports fact he couldn't recall instantly, whether it was football, basketball, or nearly any other sport.
Colton was known for being straightforward and honest-he told it like it was. Yet behind that candor was a heart of immense generosity. He would go to great lengths to help anyone in need. Colton's life, though far too short, was rich with love, faith, and purpose. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew him.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Tracie Lambert Wolfe and leaves behind his children, Tyler (Crystal) Parkerson and William (Grace) Parkerson, as well as his cherished grandchildren: Carter, Owen and Emerie (Emi) Parkerson.
He is also survived by his paternal grandmother, Mary Joyce "Joyce" Wolfe; his parents, Donald Ray Wolfe, Jr. (Jennifer) and Gina Fischer Wolfe; and his siblings, Tyler (Rebekah) Wolfe, Hunter (Chloe) Wolfe, Tatum Wolfe, Rita Lambert Black, Tammy (Mike) Battenberg, Jim (Debbie) Lambert, and Tina (Sherry) Lambert.
Colton also leaves behind his nephews, Lion Martin and Leviticus Wolfe, along with numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles, all of whom he cherished wholeheartedly.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Donald Ray Wolfe, Sr., maternal grandparents, James & Mary Fischer; & his niece Rory.
