Lissa Langlois Hale

Lissa Langlois Hale was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and Christian woman blessed with many talents. She was a professional seamstress and baker, a gifted artist, and a certified master gardener. Lissa authored a published children's book and wrote articles for Christian magazines. She loved music and practicing hospitality by cooking and sharing meals with many in her home. With a degree in accounting, she worked for the State of Tennessee. Lissa battled multiple sclerosis for 30 years with remarkable strength, enduring more than 30 surgeries while maintaining a positive spirit and never complaining. She will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her husband, Gary; her brother, Victor; her children Nathan (Rachel), Lindsay, and Lauren (Dylan; children Parker and Noa).

Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, March 8, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. (visitation 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.) at Rural Hill Church of Christ, 564 Bell Road. Interment Swiss Cemetery, Hohenwald, TN on Monday, March 9. 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Auston Mobbs, Ryan, Mobbs, Donald Deatheridge, Dylan Bass, Tony Duncan and Mike Duncan.
