Michele Linn Busic, born on July 3, 1958, in Wheeling, West Virginia, passed away peacefully at the age of 67 on December 6, 2025, at the Wheeling Hospital Continuous Care Center.

Throughout her life, Michele made an indelible impact on those around her. Her professional career was marked by dedication and a passion for helping others. At Workforce West Virginia, she served as a devoted interviewer, tirelessly connecting countless individuals with meaningful career opportunities. Michele found immense pride and fulfillment in fostering these connections, knowing she was making a difference in people's lives.

Her journey continued as an inside salesperson for the Wheeling Newspaper, where her vibrant personality and tenacity shone through. In her later years, Michele dedicated her skills to supporting the late John Callarik, diligently working in his office and contributing to the success of his enterprises in the Bridgeport, Ohio area.

Beyond her career, Michele's spirited love for sports brought joy and camaraderie into her life. A passionate fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes and the Pittsburgh Steelers, she celebrated every victory with enthusiasm. As a former season ticket holder of her beloved Pittsburgh Penguins, Michele cherished the exhilaration of each game.

Michele is preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Mary Belle (Visnic) Busic; her aunt, Sara Stephens; and her uncle, George Visnic. She leaves behind her twin cousins, Bill and Larry Stephens of Las Vegas, Nevada, along with countless friends whose lives she touched with her kindness and warmth. Among them is one very special friend who held a cherished place in her heart.

In accordance with her family's wishes, no public services will be held. Michele will find her final resting place alongside her parents at Union Cemetery in St. Clairsville, Ohio, a testament to the enduring bonds of family and love.

Michele's legacy is one of compassion, loyalty, and a zest for life that inspired all who knew her. She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by those fortunate enough to have shared in her journey.
