Michele E. (Goldberg) French, passed away suddenly on June 30, 2025, at the age of 58. Born on February 16, 1967, in Syracuse, Michele was known for her compassionate nature and her unwavering devotion to her family and friends.
Michele served as an office manager for AJ Medical for many years. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Michele took great pride in her role as a wife and mother. She is survived by her beloved husband, Jay French; their two children Justin French and Micael French; grand-daughter, Mya Pendall; her parents, Harold and Anne Goldberg; and step sister, Erica Winkler. Michele's most notable pride and joy were her family, who were the center of her universe.
A devoted "mimi," Michele was known for her big heart, full of love and generosity. She would go to great lengths to assist and uplift those around her. Her best friend, Sandra Howard, was not just a companion, but a sister to Michele, sharing countless memories and experiences together.
Michele had a profound love for the outdoors, with a passion for waterfall chasing. She had an extraordinary ability to discover breathtaking waterfalls in the most obscure locations. Additionally, Michele was known for her knack for planning vacations, always crafting elaborate itineraries that ensured her family enjoyed each getaway to the fullest.
Michele was preceded in death by her brother, William Goldberg and stepmother, Leslie Goldberg.
Visitation will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, located at 705 N Main St., Syracuse, NY, on July 7, 2025 from 2 - 4:00 PM, followed by a sharing of memories, celebrating Michele's life.
Michele E. (Goldberg) French leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and an enduring spirit that will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
