Michele Jane Latona, 73, of Hopewell Twp., passed away on Friday, April 4, 2025 at home with family. She was born on December 3, 1951 to the late Helen Nahrgang Forster and John Forster in Ontario, Canada.
She was a mother of three and grandmother of six and had been a resident of Hopewell Twp. Prior to that she had resided in Diving Creek and Clifton, NJ before her family moved to NJ from Ontario Canada. She loved baking especially Christmas cookies and gave everyone their own special box of cookies when she made them. She also loved spending time with family and always remembered every birthday, anniversary and any important dates in her children and grandchildren's lives. She was a member of the Mustang Band as a flutist and was very proud of her time that she was a member of the band.
Michele is survived by; her children, Deanna Latona (Wil) and John Latona (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Isabella, Sophia, Nicholas, Anthony, Michael, Vinny, Molly and Robert; and her sister, Leslie Larson (Michael). She was preceded in death by; her parents, John and Helen Forster; her son VJ; and granddaughter, Julianna Michele.

Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Saturday, April 12th at 1 PM. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 12 NOON to 1 PM prior to the service. Written condolences can be sent to the family through the funeral home website www.padgettfuneralhomes.com.
