Michele Ogurchak Obituary
Michele S. Ogurchak, beloved mother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on November 7, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.
Born on December 4, 1960, Michele was known and cherished for being unapologetically herself. Michele had a gift for making people laugh- no matter the occasion. Her quick wit and fearless humor kept everyone on their toes and her presence lit up every room she entered even if she was likely late getting there.
Michele loved her children immensely. Amanda and Jason were her greatest accomplishments, and she was endlessly proud of the amazing humans they've become. Her deep love for animals, especially her cherished cat, Katrina "Kat," and Greenie the turtle, reflected her gentle spirit and nurturing heart-qualities she extended to every creature she encountered.
Her humor was infectious, her spirit bold, and her love for those around her unmistakable. Michele lived life with authenticity and joy, leaving behind a legacy of laughter, love, and unforgettable memories.
Michele's memory will be cherished by her children, Jason (Sarah) and Amanda; sisters, Denise (Jim) Sterley and Marcia (Mike (deceased)) Hart. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her, but her voice, her laughter, and her fearless personality will echo in our hearts forever.
Friends and family may call at Busch Funeral Home, 7501 Ridge Road, Parma, on Thursday, November 13, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Prayer service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, November 14th at 10:45 AM followed by a procession to the Funeral Mass held at St. Columbkille Catholic Church, 6740 Broadview Road, Parma, at 11:30 AM. Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery in Northfield, where Michele will be laid to rest near her beloved parents, Ed and Helen Ziemczonek.
In lieu of flowers please consider making a charitable gift in Michele's name to University Hospital - Seidman Cancer Center or Operation Orphan Wildlife Rehabilitation.
