She was born in Greenwood, SC, December 31, 1970, daughter of James Franklin Daniel, Sr. and Carrie Julia Harris Daniel. At an early age, she joined Mine Creek Baptist Church where she was a faithful member working in many positions. She received her education the the public schools of Ridge Spring, SC, where she graduated from Ridge Spring-Monetta High School in 1989. She furthered her education graduating from Claflin College in 1989 and she also received her Doctorate Degree in Education Administration from Cambridge University.
Michelle was very active not only in her church but the S.C. Baptist Association, The Union, Woman's Home Aide Society, Mine Creek Burial Aide Society and other organizations. She was one that could not say no when asked to do something. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She leaves a legacy of memories to her father and mother, James Franklin and Carrie Julia Harris Daniel, Ward, SC; brother and wife, James Franklin (Andretta) Daniel of Grovetown, GA; sister, Melanie L. Daniel of Ward, SC; nephew, Garrett and niece, Alauryn; uncles; and other relatives and sorrowing friends.
The family is at the home 1338Neighbors Road, Ward, SC 29166.
The Obituary will be updated as information is made available.
The will be no Public Viewing.
The family will be receiving friends 2-4 p.m. Saturday, August 30, 2025 at the funeral home.
Please include the family in your prayers when you bow to pray as they go through their hour of bereavement.
