Michelle Nicole Adams Davis was born March 15, 1985 at Cabell Huntington Hospital in
Huntington, WV.
She was a premature baby weighing 1lb and 11oz. She was a fighter, a warrior from the beginning til the very end passing from a long-term illness at her aunt Christie's home on White Oak on Sunday, January 25, 2026.
Preceding her in death are her paternal grandparents Arnold and Hattie Kinser Adams and maternal grandparents Roy "Jack" and Madeline Bryant Dalton. A very special aunt Judith Gail Bryant. One special cousin who was like an uncle to her Jesse "Boo" Dalton and a very dear childhood friend Jamie Thompson. And more aunts, uncles and cousins.
Those left to cherish her memory are her only daughter and her world Athena Grace, her parents Sonny and Patrenia Dalton Adams, one sister and her best friend Marandia "Ran" and Brandon Adams her only two nieces Skyler Morgan and Presley Shaye Adams all of white oak a special cousin who was like her brother Patrick Lardieri and his wife Heather of Baltimore Maryland Other special cousins who were also like sisters and brothers Cynthia Adams Orme, Christy Mayhorn, Fayetta Dalton, Dorothy Dingess, Mary Clay, Sylvia Ooten, Manuel Adams, Charlie Orme, Jason Orme, Barry Mullins, Allen Lardieri, and a very special cousin in law who was like an aunt Christie Conley Dalton of White Oak Three younger cousin who were like a niece and nephews Sarah Lynn Adams Cooper of Greenview and Blake Evan Dalton of Chapmanville and David Lee Dingess of white oak. Special friends Lexi Martin and T.J. Belcher and a host of uncles aunts cousins and friends.
Michelle was a long-time employee at Tudors Biscuit World where she was known and loved by everyone. She even had a nickname smiley. Michelle was a people person and she loved all her favorite customers. Most would call her the best at what she did. Michelle was one of the most humble and kind hearted people anyone ever knew. She loved doing crafts and shopping at Hobby Lobby. She loved Reba McEntire and Kenny Chesney and loved singing. Fancy was one of her favorite songs. She sang as a little girl in church with her grandparents. She will be missed dearly by everyone's lives she ever touched!!
Services with be held at 12:00pm on Saturday, January 31, 2026 at the Freeman Funeral Home with Jimmy Carter and Norman Adams officiating. Burial will follow at the Bryant Cemetery she will be placed beside her maternal grandfather who was her hero.
Visitation will be Friday, January 30, 2026 from 6:00pm until 9:00pm at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be David Lee Dingess, and Teddy Gillenwater.
Honorary pallbearers will be Brandon Adams, Charlie Orme, Manuel Adams, Jason Orme, Lucian Dalton, Patrick Lardieri and T.J. Belcher.
