Michelle J. Grewe (Stout), passed away on November 23, 2025, at the age of 64. Born on May 13, 1961, Michelle dedicated a significant portion of her life to her career, working at Vestis, formerly Aramark, for an impressive 42 years. Throughout her tenure, she assumed the role of office manager and demonstrated remarkable versatility, managing an array of responsibilities with unwavering commitment and dedication. She was a long-time member at the Irish Club, and she was the longest-standing bar tender there for over 20 years.
Michelle was truly a determined individual, possessing a will of iron that inspired those around her. Her profound sense of determination was not only reflected in her professional life but also in her passions and interests outside of work. A lover of the great outdoors, Michelle found joy in boating and spending time by the lake. Fishing was another of her cherished hobbies, providing moments of tranquility and connection with nature. Above all, Michelle derived immense joy from her role as a grandmother, dedicating countless loving moments with her grandchildren—Barrett, Landry, Sadie, Baylor, Elena, and Liam.
Michelle is survived by her son, Jason Stout (Sherry); her step-daughter, Lindsey Martin; her brother, Scott Robbins; her nephew, Christopher Robbins (Catherine); and her great-nephew, CJ Robbins, along with many more loving friends who were touched by her kindness and spirit.
She joins in eternal rest her husband, Roger Grewe, and her parents, John and Naomi Robbins. The legacy of Michelle's strength, determination, and love will forever remain in the hearts of those she has left behind, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Family and friends are welcome to gather from 4:00pm to 6:00pm on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 and attend a Memorial Service for Michelle starting at 6:00pm, at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, in Dayton, Ohio. She will be interred at Maple Hill Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Michelle's memory may be made to the Irish Club Scholarship Fund.
