Michelle Roser McDowell, age 45 of Shelbyville, Kentucky passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 7, 2024 surrounded by her loved ones.
Michelle was born on June 18, 1979 to Cynthia Williams Roser and Gary Eugene Roser. She was a dedicated wife and mother, and a loving daughter and sister. Michelle enjoyed spending time with her family. She loved to read, gardening and was an avid pet lover and was know to rescue animals.
Michelle is survived by her loving husband of over 25 years, James; their children, Michael, Mariah and Dustin; her parents, Gary and Cynde Roser; sisters, Missy Harlow (Mike), Mandy Hagan (Brad) and Mina Mudd (David); brother-in-law, Brian McDowell; 3 nieces, 7 nephews and 1 great-nephew; and a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation will be 3 to 6pm on Saturday, December 14, 2024 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40243. A celebration of Michelle's life will follow at 6pm at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Kentuckiana Humane Society (Donation link).
