Michelle Rene Smith, 47, of West Milton, entered into rest on January 10, 2026, at WellSpan Evangelical Community Hospital.

Born on July 19, 1978, in Millersburg, Ohio, Michelle was the daughter of the late Kenvin and Lori (Deuker) Miller. She was united in marriage to Chris Smith, who survives.

Michelle was a deeply loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Family was the center of her life, and nothing brought her greater joy than spending time with those she loved. Her caring nature, warmth, and devotion to her family will be remembered by all who knew her.

Surviving, in addition to her loving husband Chris, are her four children: Adrian Brown, Jaylon Brown, Amaya Smith, and Andrew Smith; her four cherished grandchildren: Armani, Koa, Camila, and Kior; her siblings: Jamie Miller, Danielle Vance, Kaylee Deuker, and Ayla Deuker; her stepmother, Cindy Miller of Strasburg, Ohio; and her stepfather, Ken Deuker of Loris, South Carolina. And last but not least, her best friend in the world, Julie McDougall Stamets.

In accordance with Michelle’s wishes, no services will be held.
