Michelle Thomas, 51, of Scott, AR born November 21, 1972 to Daniel and Virginia Collins, gained her heavenly wings on July 21, 2024. A devoted wife and mother, a beloved daughter and sister, an adored aunt, niece and cousin, and truly a light to all those who knew her; our world has become more than a little less bright without her in it.
Michelle was preceded in death by her father, Daniel Collins; grandparents, Lois and Ellis Martin, Charlie and Leona Collins; brother-in-law, Joshua Thomas. She is survived by her husband of 30 years (or as she liked to call him, “my hun”), Barrett Thomas; daughter (her pride and joy, light of her life), Kinslee Thomas; mother, Virginia Collins; brother, Steven Collins; sister-in-law, Nicole Collins; brother-in-law, Moses Thomas(Tracy); Sister-in-laws, Jean and Michelle Thomas; nephews: Cody(Monica), Ty, Noah, DJ, Cameron, Logan, Austin, Nathaniel, and Michael; nieces: Abigail, Nolanne, Bella, and Molly; numerous other family and friends; last, but not least…her bedmate, tv partner, and extremely sassy shih tzu, Capone.
Michelle was a gracious, kind, and beautiful soul who loved with her whole heart. She will be terribly missed by many and more than any words could possibly express. The family would like to ask that in lieu of flowers donations be made to: The Dercum Society@ dercums.org; Lupus Foundation of America@ lupus.org; or ALS Association@ als.org
