The beloved husband of the late Maria Guereca Gonzalez and loving companion of Barbara Trencan. Cherished father of Connie Guereca (Jermain Rodriguez), Jessica Guereca (Damian Rivera), Samantha Guereca (Kyle Eddy), Mike Guereca III, Michelle (Ryan) Vaughn and Olivia Guereca. Proud grandfather of Alyssa, Bryanna, Julian, Dominic, Cynthia, Adriana, Ryder, Karissa, Brayton, Wyatt and Joselyn. Devoted brother of Ray Guereca, Gloria (Tony) Conteras, Linda (Abel) and Jose Guereca. He is preceded in death by his parents Mike Guereca, Sr. And Consuelo Alaniz Guereca.
Mike was a proud U.S. Army Veteran of the 82nd Airborne. He was an involved board member of Operation Firm Handshake and a Former member of A. Legion.
Services will be held at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, IL, where family and friends will gather on Monday, April 11th, 2022 from 3 to 8 p.m. Funeral Tuesday, April 12, Chapel prayers 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial, St. Mary Star of the Sea Church, Interment following at Mt. Auburn Memorial Gardens in Stickney, Illinois with Military Honors.
