Mr. Mike Jackson

Funeral services for Mr. Mike Jackson, 88, of Henderson, will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, February 6, 2026, in the chapel at Crawford-A. Crim Funeral Home. Interment will follow at King Cemetery under the direction of Crawford-A. Crim Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM on Thursday, February 5, at the funeral home.

Mr. Jackson passed from this life on February 1, 2026, in Henderson. He was born December 28, 1937, in Mt. Enterprise to the late Belva and Marguerite (Pearson) Jackson and was a life-long resident of Rusk County. Mr. Jackson served as a combat engineer with the U.S. Army Reserves and later owned and operated the Sandy Brook Residential Treatment Center in Laneville.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years Mary Linda Jackson, daughter Jan Tippitt Crawford, son Michael "Stick" Jackson, and brother C.J. Jackson.

Survivors include his grandchildren Lance Tippitt and wife Lynsey of Longview, Jenna Tippitt of Henderson, Lakin Gamble of Henderson, and Rikki Patterson of Longview; a host of great-grandchildren along with 1 great-great-granddaughter, and family and friends.

Pallbearers will be David Spivey, Paul Morrison, Tony Sanders, Roy Kright, Stephen Wallace, Rusty Chote, Allen Galyean, and Skeeter Davis. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Sand Flat Hunting Club, the entire Comrade Bunch, and Mary Jackson.
