He is survived by his wife, Cecelia Milliar; son, Wayne Milliar; daughter, Eunice Kavaarpuo (Arnold); bothers, David Milliar (Lydia), Steve Milliar (Fidelia); six grandchildren, a host of relatives and friends. Visit Sept. 12, 3-7 pm, and Service Sept. 13, 10 am, both at Chapel.
