Mike Noe Obituary
Mike was devoted to his family and to helping others. He worked for many years helping orphans in Romania and supporting tiger rescues. He was a construction project manager and infrastructure subject matter expert with FEMA. Mike was actively involved in his church and was married for 35 years. He lived for his family and loved them fiercely.
The family will celebrate his life privately.
He is survived by his wife, Amy Noe of New Bern; daughter, Sarah Rude and husband, Chris of Thousand Oaks, CA; son, Joshua Noe of Beaufort; mother, JoAnn Tilgner of Wasilla, AK; two brothers, Robert Noe of Beaufort; Kris Tilgner of Wasilla, AK.
He is preceded in death by his father, Michael O. Noe Sr.
