Mildred Bleckley Obituary
Pat was a long-time member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Hiram. She was an avid crocheter, and every person that she's known in the last 5 years must have received an afghan from her. Pat was witty and "told it like it is". She never lost her sense of humor and made her family laugh until the very end. Pat had a spirit of love and gratefulness that will endure in her family's heart forever.
Pat is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Ray Nestor. She is survived by her daughters, Denise Basnett (spouse, Scott) of Clarksville, TN and Ann Seymore (spouse, Tony) of Dallas; sister, Carolyn Nestor of Parsons, WV; grandchildren, Kaitlyn Bohannon (spouse, Patrick) and Devon Adams (spouse, Piper); and many beloved extended family and friends.
A funeral service honoring Pat's life will be held Friday, November 8th, 11:00 AM at Davis-Struempf Chapel. Interment will occur at Mozley Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 AM before the service.
