Mildred Lynette Burris was born August 16, 1959, to the late Gertie Lee Evans and Jessie Homer Evans in El Dorado, Arkansas
At an early age, she gave her life to Christ. Mildred later united with the Victory Church Family in El Dorado.
Mildred attended El Dorado High School and obtained her Certificate of general studies from Job Corps. As a woman with the heart of a caregiver, she was employed as a CNA as several facilities in El Dorado.
Mildred gave her hand in marriage to David Davis and to this union they were blessed with one son, David C. Davis III. She later married Willie Bernard Burris and to this union they too were blessed with one son, Demeekco Davis.
She is preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Mildred Sheppard and May Evans and one brother, Jessie Lee Evans.
Her loving memories will be cherished by two sons, David Charles (Charlette) Davis III and Demeekco Davis; three grandchildren, Neekco Davis, Sunshay Davis and Charda Davis all three of El Dorado; three brothers, James Evans, Cecil Earl Evans and Jerry Evans; one sister, Gertha General along with a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
