Mildred Louise (Richardson) Driskell, 90, formerly of DeWitt, MO, passed away on Friday, February 13, 2026, at Pioneer Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing in Marceline, MO. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at Breshears Memorial Chapel in Brunswick, MO at 11:00 A.M. Pastor Donnie Lybarger will officiate the service. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at Breshears Memorial Chapel in Brunswick from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery in DeWitt.

Louise, as she was known by her family and friends, was born on November 25, 1935 in Oldfield, MO, the daughter of Ernest and Vernie (Davidson) Richardson. On March 25, 1953, she was united in marriage to Elwood "Red" Driskell in Toas, NM. Together they were blessed with four children, Tommy, Terry, Nancy, and Jerry.

Louise worked at Western Alfalfa in Brunswick for a number of years. She then worked at the Jomac Glove factory in Brunswick and finished her working career at the Brunswick River Terminal. Louise was a Christian who loved spending time with her family. In her spare time, she enjoyed doing arts and crafts, making dolls, headbands, and dream catchers.

Louise is survived by three children, Tommy Driskell and his wife Karen of Miami, MO, Nancy Miller and her husband Glenn of DeWitt, MO, and Jerry Driskell and his wife Anita of Chillicothe, MO; nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and two siblings, Marie Horracks and Ronnie Richardson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Vernie; her beloved husband, Red; one son, Terry Driskell; one great-granddaughter, Sydney Jo Miller; and ten siblings.

Pallbearers will be Mark Driskell, Jacky Miller, Jeremy Miller, Corey Meade, Liam Miller, and Rowdy Miller. Honorary pallbearers will be Rodney Swan, Joe Swan, and Eric Wilson.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to be made out to the Pink Out Fund, which supports people living in the Brunswick and Northwestern School Districts who have been diagnosed with cancer and are receiving treatments. Donations may be left at or mailed to Breshears Memorial Chapel, 207 W. Broadway, Brunswick, MO, 65236.
