Mildred "Millie" Duffy

Hicksville, NY-Mildred "Millie" Duffy, a shining example of love, faith, and strength, passed away peacefully on Christmas Day, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving behind a lifetime of love and cherished memories. Born on March 9, 1929, to Louis and Magdalena Dzurek. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased in death by her beloved husband Thomas J. Duffy, and her dear sister, Irene Mozdzer. She is lovingly survived by her children Thomas (Marianna), Kimberly (Wayne)and Kathleen (Joseph).

Millie was a devoted and proud Grandma of six grandchildren and a treasured GiGi of seven great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and dear friends whose lives she touched so deeply.

A devout Catholic, Millie lived her faith through her actions, touching the lives of everyone she encountered. Her unwavering love for others was a reflection of her deep love for God, and she dedicated her life to serving both. Millie lived a life rooted in family, faith, love, and strength. She cherished her family and friends wholeheartedly and will be profoundly missed by all who knew and loved her.
