Mildred Graham Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Anthony Funeral Home - Hartsville on Feb. 12, 2026.
Mrs. Mildred Mai Graham, age 94 of Hartsville, TN passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at Hartsville Health and Rehab. Mildred (Granny Graham) was born on August 9th, 1931, in Macon County. She was the cherished wife of Alonzo, to whom she was devoted for 53 wonderful years. Their children and their families were truly the light of their lives. Mildred's life was a beautiful tapestry of love and warmth that she wove with her own hands and heart.

Mildred had a passion for quilting, canning, and of course, her family. Her green thumb was nothing short of legendary, with her garden boasting the most stunning flowers one could ever behold. She delighted in feeding us during our visits, making every meal a cherished memory. Her absence leaves a void in our hearts, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

She was preceded in death by: Parents, James Denville & Edna Mai Sullivan Cook; Son, Garry Graham; Daughter, Darline Moore; Husband, Alonzo Raymond Graham; Son-in-Law, Larry Moore; 6 Brothers and 1 Sister.

Survived by: Daughter, Brenda (Darrell) Gross-Hartsville, TN; Daughter-in-Law, Brenda Graham-Pleasant Shade, TN; 8 Grandchildren, Garry (Gera Stewart) Graham III, Kristi (Brian Jamison) Watts, Misti (James Pitt) Breuer, Kimberly (Michael) McQuiston, Brian (Brooke) Moore, Amy (Shane) Davenport, Daniel (Brenda Kay) Gross and Rebecca (Kris) Coker; Several Great Grandchildren; Brother, Charles Cook-Adolphus, KY and Sister, Sheila Morton-Westmoreland, TN.

Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Anthony Funeral Home at 1 PM Saturday, February 14, 2026 conducted by Bro. Edward Anderson. Interment will be in the Hartsville Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be from 2 to 8 PM Friday and 10 AM until service time Saturday.
