Mildred Anne Higgins

Mildred Anne Higgins, 78, of Bozeman, MT, passed peacefully at her residence on August 14, 2023. She was born in 1945 in Cincinnati, OH, one of four children to Frank and Mildred (Dover) Rapp. After graduating high school, she married Ronald Higgins in 1964, and they also had four children. In addition to raising the kids, Mildred worked for years as a seamstress. She is predeceased by her husband, Ronald, and a brother, Frank. Mildred is survived by her children, Amy Higgins, Lori (Jim) Griffin, Jason (Toby) Higgins, and Tara (Rich) Williams; a sister and brother, Margaret Tillar and Charles Rapp; as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mildred will be laid to rest next to her husband, Ronald, in the family plot at Bethelridge Cemetery in Bethelridge, KY, in a private family ceremony, assisted by the Morris and Hislope Funeral Home.
